Red Wing

Great boots I love them but I took mine to get resoled and they said 4-6 weeks it's been 7 weeks now I called to check on them and now they're telling its 7-9 weeks!!! Why offer a service if it's going to be backed up for that long. So now I had to buy a pair of $150 boots somewhere else waiting for my boots to arrive. Its ridiculous. Because of this I will never buy another pair of redwing again

The customer service is top-notch and with a computer system to measure and check your feet makes the fitting absolutely perfect

Went to return boots. Unworn. Wouldn't let me return because of one little scuff on the toe from when they originally shipped. Absolutely the worst. Drove all the way over there for nothing. Terrible customer service. $300 dollar pair of boots btw. Never again. Was a customer for life now never again Red Wing. All my construction friends I will convince to boycott as well.

I needed a new pair of boots for work, I live in weiser and drove to Boise after work because it says they close at 7. I show up at 6:05 and they wouldn’t help me out one bit. Terrible customer service.
