Michael was very easy to work with, custom orthotics appointment went quickly and easily, and he also found the types of shoes I need in my size (a tough task, Women's 12, with a wide toe box isn't easy to find!), and in styles I liked.
The man I spoke to was completely rude and lied to me. Overall not a pleasant experience.
I have very painful feet and decided it was time to buy good shoes. Service was great, the shoes and inserts made my feet feel completely different. It takes time to adjust to new inserts, it is painful to have your feet back in the right place again but I have faith.
I went to Michael b shoes to have custom made crewneck sweatshirts. I ordered about 25 of them. Michael had them ready in the time we had agreed upon. The design I wanted was stitched letters and also included embroidery. Every crewneck was sewn properly—no fraying at all!! I have worn mine many times, but it still looks great. I felt the price we decided on was fair, and the value superb. Michael and his small staff were all great.
Purchased a pair of shoes, took them home within an hour my feet were in horrible pain, so I returned the shoes, owner refused to give my money back, only gives store credit, does not offer to order other shoes in that are proper size, return policy is ridiculous, this store is a scam, bad quality shoes with tons of defects horrible return policy, money hungry owners, buyers beware!! Avoid this store at all costs!!
