Super Shoes

Won't go back. No one greeted us. Also you have to wear masks and no one offered help.

The place is clean and well displayed with shoes, purses, clothing, and some other things. I gave them 3 stars because I can't often find shoes there that fit me with my size and have to shop online for Women's size 11. Stores often get frustrated when shoppers go online to do there business instead of the brick and mortar option but when you can't find what you need at the physical store, it doesn't leave much option. So if I'm going online to buy, I might as well check out all the other shoe stores online too!

Pretty decent selection. I was here looking for Dr Martin's which they did not have. All the shoes I looked at were imported from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Viet Nam. Even the new balance were imports. Typical shoe store.

They have a decent variety. And it's one of the few places that carries a large array of wide width tennis shoes. I appreciate that the staff isn't pushy & trying to force u to buy things you don't need. They also have random things you wouldn't initially expect, such as scrubs & stuff.

I will never go back to this store. Rude employees. And no one seems to know what they’re doing. Went into the store and bought 2 uniforms and a pair of shoes. Total was 132.45. The machine kept saying declined and I knew what I had in my account and I had more then enough money to cover it. They kept saying “keep trying” “try credit” “it’s the machine” “ it’s been happening all day” My card was declined 4 times total. So my mom tried using hers once which was declined and then a second time which was approved. Last night I check my account and there was TWO charges of 132.45 deducted from my account on top of the one charge which was approved on my moms account of 132.45. I go to the store and was told it’s the banks fault all because the cost is showing up as red and not blue on their computer. So I drive back home to my bank 30 min away and the bank does absolutely everything they can. But since it was an actual PURCHASE that went through TWICE it means the company already has my money. It’s not on hold or need authorization it’s an actual PURCHASE. So I call the Indiana store back. They tell me to call customer service. You can’t talk to someone, have to leave a voicemail to be returned in one to two business days. I decided to do the online chat. They tell me again it’s the banks fault and that they have it on hold because it’s not showing up on their end. Call the bank back and they literally laugh and say the company has no idea what they’re doing because it was a PURCHASE. Once again, I call the store and tell them what the bank said. The manager took my name and number and she will “let cooperate know”. But they can’t give me my money back. Essentially I had 264 dollars stolen from me by super shoes. No one knows what they’re doing and no one can help me. I better enjoy those two uniform tops, two uniform pants and one pair of work shoes because in total through this company they cost me $397.35. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on and would highly recommend everyone else do the same. Horrible experience with everyone from store employees, management and customer service.
