I would love to give this location 5 stars. However the woman Amber who identified herself as the manager on duty was extremely rude to myself and another customer. When I asked for her opinion on a particular pet food for my cat, she acted like I was bothering her while she was eating her meal behind the counter. I sadly walked out without my purchase. I also understand how difficult the new regulations are due to COVID19, but her of all people was not wearing a mask.nI would like to add that the other members of the store were extremely professional and helpful, but neither myself or my friends will be returning to this store while it is apparently under such poor management.

Went in for a few things for our new kitten. The girls behind the counter were great. Super helpful and polite. Knowledgeable as well.nThe store is very cute and clean. They have a nice selection of everything for cats and dogs. I wish they had more for birds though.nI will definitely be back, they have such cute cat trees. Prices are fair. And I love the dog wash station!

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They sell quality dog food and I do not have to drive far from home to get what I need.
