The food was good
Loved this D&B location! Drove 5 hours from Eastern Idaho to visit Boise and luckily they had a D&B here! Great location. Waitress was nice, and brought our food within a timely manner ♥ufe0f
Went to Dave and Busters today to treat my nieces and nephews. Spent $100 loading cards for them and in the beginning we were having a great time. And then we began experiencing technical difficulties. The machines were just buffering and not going through and taking the money on the card with it. I went to the front desk who then had a tech meet us, he experienced the exact same difficulty with no resolution telling me he wasn’t sure why it was doing that. He then told the lady to credit me $30... so after 25 minutes the $100 was gone and was given $30 for their technical difficulties. When I asked the lady if there was a better way to solve this she said that’s the best I can do. At that point I was done, my nieces and nephews were restless. Left and went down the street and spent our time and money at another local establishment. I’m very disappointed with the lack of empathy and the willingness to resolve the issue.
Not all games were on. Great atmosphere. Service was acceptable.
The best place to have a family birthday party. It is good food and alot of fun and really awsome atmosphere!! We go for every family birthday for our older kids!!
