QDOBA Mexican Eats

Unlike many other Mexican places they put on as much cheese as you want.

Ok food. Very small portions. Terrible customer service. Don’t bother stopping here. Keep driving down the road to Chipotle.nnI was ordering online fairly regularly, about every week or so, and would specify having extra beans and fajitas. We are vegans and so our bowls are only lettuce, onion, fajitas, beans, and guacamole. From the beginning the portions were small and so we’d open up a can of beans and heat them up at home to include with our QDOBA order because it wasn’t filling. If you’ve been a vegetarian or vegan you know it takes a larger volume of vegetables to get the same calories as a meal with meat.nnFinally I thought that’s enough I’m going to ask for extra beans and fajitas when I pick up my order.nnToday I placed online order of 2 veggie bowls with extra beans and fajitas. I go in and check my order and it’s light as usual so I ask for extra beans and fajitas. The gentleman at the counter says I need to select extra on the online order. I say I do. Lady comes over and says she put extra. I say it’s not enough that we’re only getting veggies, no meat, no cheese. The gentleman says I have to specify “extra extra” on the online order and pay an additional charge. He says he’ll give extra beans and fajitas this one time and that’s it. He puts beans in two little plastic containers (where liquid is half the container) and fajitas in one. Sir that’s it for me too. You’ve lost my business.nnI’ll go to Chipotle where I can ask for 1 or 10 extra spoonfuls of fajitas and beans for no additional charge or attitude. If it was guac I could understand. But a can of beans is $1 and if I’m already cracking open a can why should I bother driving out to your place for tiny portions.nnTaste wise it’s nothing special. Chips are horrible, zero taste to them and rock hard. The guac is ok. So not worth eating here.

Great app for ordering to go, especially the family style taco bars!

My spouse and I both ate the naked burrito, which is a burrito in a bowl without the tortilla. My spouse had the naked vegetarian burrito and I had the naked chicken burrito. We had an order of chips and quaso with guacamole. Qdoba has the best quaso and guacamole in town. The service is great and the manager said that the food is made fresh everyday. This is a great place to eat!

Extremely small portions and the girl forgot how to make a bowl. Wish I could show the pictures I took from this visit. Had to repeat multiple times what I wanted because she would forget what was said for a simple brisket bowl.
