Nice experience. Ordered wings as an appetizer but were pretty full afterwards. We weren't going to order lunch but finally did and took most of it home for later. Waitress was nice and attentive. The place was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Would have liked something other than college football on every screen in the place.
Wingers did a great job hiring Andrew. I take my elderly father to Wingers about every two weeks. The food is always good, but the service has been lacking. The other day I took my father for dinner and Andrew was our server. He did an excellent job and we never had to wait for service or our dinner bill at the end. We look forward to going back and requesting Andrew for our table.
Food is pretty good, with exceptions. I thought the tortilla chips seemed kinda stale. The chicken bacon tacos were delicious! The sticky fingers are also very good. The food isn't the issue, here. It's the service. I had waitresses walk by my empty glass over three times in a row without asking about a refill. Last time I was there, which may be last time I visit as we aren't suffering any particular dearth of hot wing and beer places, I was given a pen with no ink to fill my bill out with. Perhaps these are petty complaints, but they are not illegitimate complaints.
The service staff was very attentive, the drinks and food were all great. Significantly better than chain wing restaurants.
Was so excited to try this place based off their online menu. The food was super late(not sure due to delivery service or the company. I ordered sticky chicken on my salad and i got grilled (saved me some calories lol) one of the starters i ordered was not in the delivery. My salad looked like a ton of greens with sprinkle of chicken and minimum toppings that are included in the southwest salad and short on the dressing I ordered. They did credit us but all in all their food on their website doesn’t match their presentation in real life. Sadly, will not order again.
