The server Ashly made our night. She was fantastic! We were the only table and she took the time to talk to us and joke a little also. Great employee!
Spent $40 on possibly one of the worst meals tonight. Ordered the whiskey bacon burger and it had NO sauce. Literally none at all. That was the whole point we ordered the burger in the first place.... And instead of having a burger patty there was 3 broken up pieces of meat on a bun. Broccoli cheese soup tasted like it was 3 days old and our drink was pretty much just ice. I never leave bad reviews or complain even if the food isn't great but that was such a waste of money tonight. Never ordering from there again. Would have rather went to McDonald's!
1st...the employees are great!! But the interior is very dated, they have pictures of a defunct race tract that has long been closed...& the food was bad, very bad but hey if you want great service these employees are #1.
Food was okay. Should not have gone to this location, I know better. So it's my fault. There were ants crawling on my feet because there was food under the table. Gross. The manager of this location knew about this issue and didn't do anything about it which was pretty funny especially since not everyone is flocking to dine in during covid. I shouldn't have to say how I felt about this. Anyway, this time for real will never go here again.
Honestly, I would've never thought a steak at Applebee's would be a great choice, but my steak was really tender and juicy. They are also open late which is nice right now. The server. Kapiolani was really nice and helpful.
