I’ve Had nothing but great experiences at this location! Jess is very good at what he does! Not to mention He goes above and beyond for his clients! I actually enjoy going into the bank now just to talk some hockey with him. Highly recommend this bank.
I’ve been a chase member for over two years now and I’ve never had such horrible customer service or experiences with any other company. I’d absolutely not recommend.
Truly a slimy group of “bankers” at this Chase branch. Not just the account managers but the branch manger as welll! These people should be ashamed of themselves for being so dishonest with their customers. Don’t trust a word they say!
This was the biggest mistake of my life. My anxiety has never been so high or my patience so worn!!
