It's a good bank, but no 24/7 phone support so if you travel internationally you'll need a backup bank.
To the lady that helped me.nI would like to thank them when I asked for help she was so nice.nI had a fake check appeared in my mail box and she was very pleased to help and locate it to prove it was a fake check wrote at there back. Thank you Tina Aldrich 8/6/2020
ICCU has always been good to us. The best bank I have ever done business with. Wonderful customer service and products. The only negative I have is when they try to sneak in the unnecessary add-ons or services for extra fees, but I imagine all banks and creditors practice this. As long as you are diligent, they are great.
Bad service ever! The lady helped me apply with credit card she was mean to us.
