This is the worst Us Bank I have visited. The banker was so rude and unprofessional. I was harassed while trying to take money out of my account. I had photo ID and he questioned whether the account was mine. When I suggested I could answer any question about the account he said I could have stole the log in information. He refused to give me my money unless I told him what I was spending it on. Don't visit this location!

I opened a line of credit here. I used it and then came in 3 weeks later and asked for a payoff. They told me and I wrote a check. A few months later I get a piece of mail that says I have a late fee for $29 plus $30 in interest. I go back to the branch and they claim they gave me the wrong payoff and they will take care of it.nA month later I get a new letter showing the original $29 late fee plus another $29 late fee because the branch did nothing. I go back in and they apologize again and I sit and wait while they call corporate and wait until they show me a screen that shows a balance of $0.00.nA month or so goes by and I get another letter with a $29 late fee and a note that they have reported my delinquency to the credit bureau(I checked, I did get reported). Branch again apologizes and says it is their mistake and they gave my the wrong payoff because it didn’t include the pending $6.50 in interest. They promise to fix it and keep an eye on it to make sure it goes to 0.nA couple months later here comes another letter showing a $0.04 balance plus a $29 late fee. I call the branch and Damion answers. He is not helpful at all. Claims there is a 0 balance and no transactions in several months and I am good to go. I try to explain the history, but he has no interest in listening and is anxious to pass me off. I call the 800 number, and they refer me back to the branch, I call Damion again and he says that now he sees the late fee from a few weeks ago, but still sees no balance. He suggests I call the 800 number. I tell him the 800 number told me to deal with the branch and he says there is nothing he can do – I suggest he calls the 800 number, and he says he would call it if he were me and asks “is there anything else I can help you with? Seriously Damion?nTalked with Aaron the branch manager – he said he would call corporate submit a form and get it taken care of. Here is to hoping!nnTLDR – Took out a loan, paid it off, but got charged four $29 late fees and reported to credit because US Bank branch employee’s incompetence.
