Was sent to this branch by a representative at the Five Mile branch, who assured me their lobby was open. It is closed just like Five Miles. Website says it is open. If Wells Fargo can't get their stories and websites straight, I'm supposed to trust them with my money? Long time Wells Fargo customer but this is unacceptable confusion. After all the bad publicity recently you would think they might try a little harder to service their customers. I guess not!
Not only is it a horrible company but they have time and again stolen from the American people. Go ICCU where they are local and treat their customers much better
I have never been treated so poor at a bank as I was treated today. The gentleman who stopped me at the door as I walked in treated me like a criminal. He was so rude! I was there to deposit money into someone’s account, and I’ve done this many times in the past and he wouldn’t let me. He questioned whether I even had their account number (which I did). Then told me he wouldn’t take my cash. Apparently this is a “new” policy that has been in place the last year or so. But please tell me why I’ve been able to do it for them within the last year? I walked out, and I will be writing an email to the cooperate office. I have never felt so discriminated against as I did today. I’m not one to call out racism, but this was point blank racism.
Good bank with very good costumer service.
Wish their hours didn't change, hard to get to the bank during the week when they close at 5. Much more convenient when they were open until 6
