I had a couple of banking issues and talked to several members at other FIB locations. The staff at the Bank on Adams street was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. They were able to solve all of my banking issues. I was very happy!
The staff at Garden City (especially Mercy) are very helpful, and the only reason this bank gets a positive review. My overall banking experience with BotC has been poor.
RIPOFF BANK......BEWARE!!!!!!!
