Angie was horrible to deal with, we all get busy but there's never an excuse for bad customer service.
I currently own 5 houses outright in 3 states with a credit score of over 775 and no debt this bank was unable to approve a 20k HELOCnJust go some where else.
Horrible experience and a smarta$$ lady when I asked for my balance after they had taken my money to deposit it with my debit card. I won’t be using this location anymore.

Great branch. The staff and managers are always very friendly and professional. The whole staff knows who I am and always makes me feel valued. They are kind people who care about their customers. I will never bank with anyone else.
