Washington Federal Bank

Terrible. We have ordered checks here, not once but twice in the past month because they were the incorrect ones. Both times the clerks have tried to invalidate us and telling us to just use the checks we got. We have told them repeatedly that those were not the ones we wanted. We run a business and prefer a certain kind of check, but it feels terrible to be dismissed as if we’re asking too much when it’s OUR MONEY.

Michele and Tammy have been extremely helpful with our home loan. They remember us by name and even notify us of special offers. They've been helpful with us as consider adjusting our payment plans, and we have recommended them to anyone.
