I have 4 kids and have been to a few different shoe stores. This was my first time going to shoe carnival. It was amazing. The people are friendly and attentive, the prices were absolutely amazing and the building is extremely clean and organized. Thank you and we will be back again
They have the best selection of boots, shoes and sneakers and there always on sale.. I love this place
Worst customer service I have ever seen or heard about. Now I understand we are in a pandemic but when a customer comes asking to use a restroom and notifies the representative that she has ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) and is in tears with her daughter by her side and the rep says we can, not im sorry but its company rules but just we can't. I will never use this company again and I will make sure that noone in my family and friends ever uses them again.
They have some cute stuff. But you gotta hit the sales
Awesome place. Friendly staff. No harrasment here at the door like other places. Highly recommend.
