Went to Hibbett sports in desperate need of shoe insoles and the store manager Rachel was extremely helpful in helping me find some and my kids loved her! She let me know where they were and that there was a bogo sale going on for them! Definitely one of the best shoe stores I’ve been to. Highly recommend this store it’s very clean and organized and staff is great and always helpful!!
I buy a lot from here and absolutely love it!! They have very good deals and shipping is extremely quick!!!
Update: love this store it has a lot of sports equipment along with clothing and shoes of all kinds. Men’s and kids women’s as well. If you can’t find anything there you won’t find it in the mall period. Love the friendly associates who are very professional and courteous they go beyond helping their customers. Just a great friendly atmosphere and honestly just feels like home every time I visit. Would like to thank the store manager Rachel for being the most amazing to me and my family. Thank you again.
Staff was very helpful and asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in. Prices are very comparable to other stores and the 10$ saved with the rewards program was nice. Definitely will shop there more often; also just learned they have an app and they ship from their stores often, so the wait time is much shorter.
Staff is friendly but the store is incredibly small.
