Buzz n B's Aquarium & Pet Shop

Horrible grooming experience called about getting my cat groomed and the woman I talked to was disrespectful and rude.

Nice place, clean, lots of products and good prices.

Recently I had stopped into PetSmart due to the convenience of the location while I was in town on Peach Street. BIG mistake. Buzz and B's is WORTH the extra drive for so many reasons. First off they have a great selection of fish to choose from. But even more importantly they have FRIENDLY staff that are KNOWLEDGEABLE about fish and aquariums. The big box stores cannot compare to the service you receive at this Buzz n B's. Fish are not cheap and if you are going to spend good money on them it is best to buy them from a store that knows what they are talking about and WANT to help you and EARN your business.

Boarded my sun conure, for 4 days. Service was awesome, price was spectacular. Employees were above and beyond. Wish their were more than 5 stars on the rating scale. Will be back for bird and my other pets

One of the best pet stores around even though they are way pricey compared to other stores, they care for their animals. Unfortunately the staff has been nicer in the past, now when I go in Ifeel like I'm being belittled and treated like I don't know anything about animals when I have been rescuing animals for 15 years and am currently in school to become a veterinarian. When I went in about three months ago to get medicine for my fish, the employee seemed extremely annoyed and yelled at me for not having my two fancy goldfish in a 100 gallon tank!! They were already in a 75 gallon and were the only fish in the tank along with many live plants and mystery snails. They don't even have their goldfish in a 100 gallon tank so I don't understand why I needed to have two fish in one? I'm always nice when I go in and I expect them to be the same way especially since I'm spending my hard earned money there.
