The employee that helped us out, Iran, was very helpful. Made sure we got the sale prices and was helpful but not pushy!
Great service, the man who helped me went out of his way to help find the proper clothes for an event that I had come back to PA to attend. And on top of everything, he ensured that I received all the sale prices even when a few (expensive) items were not technically marked as on sale! Great Jos. A. Bank !
Words cannot describe the horror that is this location. Actually they can. Got my wedding and groomsman suits here, sort of. They sent one groomsman the wrong suit, and another a completely untailored suit. This was 2 weeks before the wedding. They then agreed to reimburse one groomsman for getting the suit emergency tailored. They refused after the wedding to reimburse them.nnI'm sure other people have had better experiences. My experience warrants a one star review and a promise to never return.
When I need new clothes this is the only place I go, staff are brilliant, selection is great and the suite they made for my wedding was amazing....

Wonderful establishment for the business man and office worker needing a suit or someone who likes to look neat and smart with business casual. They have shirts and ties and all accessories a plenty!nnThey have many selections of suits already made on many sizes. You can select and they will measure and make alterations and you can pick up your suit in a couple of days. Beautiful.nnThey also have a catalogue of different materials you can select from. They will make you a custom-made suit from scratch within a couple of weeks. This service is rare. The associates there will help you select what fits you the best and make suggestions as you build your ensemble. Truly appreciated.nnI bought my last suit from there, it had alterations done within two days and I have never felt anything so sweet and comfortable on me.nnBefore I forget, they have a selection of shirts, shoes, belts, etc...all accessories a man will need.nnI am not paid for this review and I don't have any relationship in or with the company. However, this is the place for a man to look smart in suit or business casual.
