Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. My bag has broken twice now and the first time I got charged for a repair then it broke after one time wearing the bag. No one at the store ya followed up regarding when I will get my bag back and when I try to call the store no one answers. It has been over 2’months of no response or update. Go to Gucci or Hermès instead.
