Costco Optical

Took my 17 y/o son in to get an eye exam and glasses. Dr. McMullin did a great job with the usual eye exam. But I was really impressed with him talking directly to my son. Very few doctors will do this. They either talk to their clip board or to me, when my son is the patient. Even when I asked a question, and he relayed the information to my son. Very well done - very impressed by this!

Excellent! Glasses are always what they should be. One pair was having issues 9 months after I'd ordered them they switched out the defective frames at no charge. My wife has been very happy with her experiences here too after trying many eye places in the area. We're definitely sticking with Costco!

At first my glasses were great.At about six months I went back and they said my left eye had caused my problem I needed new glasses again.did not go for it.Started going with out glasses unless reading up close.I could see better without them.It was like them lenses where becoming distorted.I went to Eye care Northwest in Portland.Did a new exam and found the glasses to be way off my prescription.Normally I totally trust Costco but I believe it was who ever made the glasses but they were never backed up by Costco
