So impressed! Dale was quick to respond to my inquiry and came all the way to White Salmon to analyze our system and make recommendations. He answered our many questions and helped work out a simple solution at a reasonable cost. Very soon after, Mark came to install the system, and he was courteous, knowledgeable, fast, and meticulous. I just showered for the first time after the install yesterday, and our well water has been transformed - my hair is CLEAN for the first time in two years, and the water pressure is excellent for the first time since moving in. I highly recommend working with the QWS team!!!
I had a Pelican water softener put in when our home was built, within a year my appliances were so full of hard water deposits they had to be replaced. I called Quality Water Systems and they have been great. I have a kinetico system in place now that is friendly to my appliances, supplies great drinking water, and is easy to maintain. The same person who knows our system and layout comes and changes my filters when I call. They have excellent costumer service and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
