I have been shopping here for about 15 years have NEVER been disappointed. I have troubled feet and often need to make sure I have shoes that will ease a problem, not exacerbate it. Today I used the new sizing machine (AMAZING!) and then the staff went to work on finding what I needed. Patient, knowledgeable, kind - I left with exactly what I needed. I am so glad they are there!
This is my favorite shoe store! Great selection of shoes that are well made and feel great to walk in. And the employees are always very helpful and friendly. This is how stores should be! Great job!
They had the Boston Shearling Birkenstock’s that are sold out EVERYWHERE! Answered my email questions immediately and shipped my shoes right away. Great little shop.
Excellent customer service! I ordered two pairs of sandals, but they noticed one pair was damaged when processing my order. They contacted me and worked quickly to replace it with another similar item. Shipped quickly! Very happy with my purchase!
I have very hard to fit feet and have found several pairs of shoes at Walking Depot. When I recently needed a replacement for some running shoes I bought there 2 years ago, I found I could order them from the store on line and pick them up the next day in the parking lot. So easy!
