Ordered items online for in-store pick up. Arrived at 3:20 to a locked door with a taped sign stating that employees will be back in store from break at 4pm. Worker at the check out on the phone saw me and walked away. Called the store and employee answered, but would not take my package to the door, even though I marked myself as arrived online. Never got my order.
Nice clothes a bit pricey to be honest
I love urban outfitters, there's lots of cute clothes that fit great. Nice employed and a good layout.
Was able to find a great record player here and got two albums, how ever at the time they did have the bluetooth speaker so that was a little bummer but it's all good. Lady at the cash register was very helpful and nice
Super helpful staff, and they are always willing to help out with any questions one might have. They often ask if you'd like them to take things to the fitting room while you're still shopping, which is a nice touch to the service they provide. Decent selection, although I wished they had more items in their men's section, as they often only have a couple of each size out on the floor, which can result in some sparse selection while trying to find a specific size.
