The day after placing my order I received an unofficial looking email that had ‘scam’ written all over it. The message stated that there was an issue with my order and I would need to call a phone number. There was no branding, no logos, just a blank white email with a few words and a phone number.nnUpon calling the number I was greeted by a rude and suspicious man who assumed that I was committing fraud because my shipping address was different than my billing address.nnIn 15 years of online shopping, I have never once been questioned for having a different billing and shipping address, let alone harassed about it by a store owner that I had just given money to.nnCustomers should be treated better than I was by efootwear.com.
This was the worst store I ever went to buy sneakers, I asked for a pair of sneakers in a different size and he says he only has what is displayed and they all feel fake
