To be honest when I first walked in I thought the customer service was not going to be that good. Although to my surprise the customer service was phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and very polite. It was a very nice and stress-free experience. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
This place would be nice but the women who work here were so blatantly racist that every person in my group noticed it. We purchased like $150 worth of stuff and it was clear that they did not want us there the entire time we were shopping. They whispered jokes and laugh loudly while looking at us and generally copped an attitude at any question or request. The only male employee was friendly and helpful.
Employees are nice worker make sure they take care of you with no attitude even if your kids can't make up their mind what sneakers they want.
The staff here is rude and treat you as if they are bothered by any request. I requested to not have my son try on the display and was asked “what do you mean, it’s the same size”nI was then provided a pair of shoes that had dirt on them but greeted with an attitude and unprofessional customer service when I requested another pair!nI would shop at another store and avoid the lack of professionalism the staff has here.
Was out of every shoe in my son's size.
