I will never return to kids foot locker in Springfield Mall. The staff was improperly trained to handle the pandemic. They were not helpful. I went in to purchase sneakers for my 3 & 1 year old grands. Was told they could not size their feet and I could not size their feet. So you would rather we try on several pair of sneakers instead of wearing gloves and wiping down the sizer. As we proceeded to checkout ,was then asked Who helped with our selection.nI'm not sorry, I said no one.nIf the staff can wear masks, they can wipe down their equipment to prevent more of an outbreak.nHow do we as patrons know they are taking all the sneakers in the back and sanitizing for the next person that try's them on
Cece needs to find a new job! She was very unpleasant, barely spoke to us while I exchanged my sons shoes he got for Christmas. If you hate your job that much get a new one. She was also on her cell phone the whole time. I won’t be returning to this foot locker in the future. I’ll go to other stores that have pleasant employees who want to help you.
