Can I just say I brought 2 pairs of shoes here. Both a 9 in women and one of my shoe was a 7.5 and the other was a 7 in kids/men I decided to wear the 7 and noticed they were to tight and I went back to the store just for them to tell me I couldn’t return them even though I was sold the wrong shoe no emailed receipt and the online customer service were giving me the run around to go to 2 other journey stores that took me over 2 hours to get there just to be turned down seconds later after I talked on the phone with them saying I could return it even though I wore them once. I only went here because they have cheap vans. And that was it.

The girl working here today (I wish I knew her name to compliment her directly) was awesome! She helped me find the size I needed, as well as help with no-show socks and Crep Protect spray to keep my new white Vans pristine. I tried another store in the mall selling Vans but they were weird about checking on a size in the back for me. She was quick to check and didn't disappoint!

This store and their products are a complete disgrace!! Purchased Vans for my son. Within 2 weeks and one time of getting wet in the rain they came unglued. When I tried to return them as defective, I was told they could not be returned and it was not their fault the shoes came apart. I was told they are not meant to get wet!!! Last time I checked sneakers are able to get wet without falling apart. They do not stand behind any of the poor quality products they sell. The store manager was completely unwilling to take the shoes back. $39.99 down the drain!!!
