I love these guys. They fixed a pair of Tod's with a rubber soul that I thought were done for good. I trust them with my best shoes and they always do me right. They are very knowledgeable too. Its worth the 25+ mile drive!!!

Oscar is the best, what a great guy to take over for Lou the shoe. These guys have taken care of anything from my 22 year old boots to my sneakers. I have nothing but praise!! Skip the guys that over charge! I drive right past them to get here!

I rediscovered Pilgrim Shoe Repair (PSR) when my local shoe repair store closed—I used to go to PSR when I lived nearby (and “Lou the Shoe” ran it), but moved a good distance away (almost 30 miles). I’ve brought a number of shoes to Oscar (the current owner) who is very knowledgeable and masterfully added sole savers to many pairs of my shoes, repaired a pair of Tod’s that I thought was not repairable, replaced heels on others, and just stretched a new pair of shoes that now fit perfectly. I would trust Oscar and his team with my most prized shoes. It’s worth the drive...

simple amazing!!! I have been going to them for years and each time the workmanship is perfect.. I’m a flight attendant and have my favorite heels that are broken in and are 3 yrs old.. they make them look brand new each and every time.. thank u

A.MAZ.Ing! I took my brand new custom made Italian Loro Piana boots into Pilgrim to have them weatherproofed on the bottom, conditioned, and have the leather tongue on the zipper trimmed. Fantastic greeting, discussion, and service! Within two days the work was done to perfection complete with Italia sole. I will take many more of my treasured walkabouts.
