Negative stars should be an option for this place. This branch is absolute garbage. It is completely understaffed. I don't know how the person that manages this place can ever feel good about themselves or the job they do.
This bank has terrible hours for any normal working person. Friday afternoon, undoubtedly a very busy day at most banks, the bank has a line OUT the door and only two tellers. Seems a little ridiculous.
Sorry, 25 min in line to make a simple deposit. Went from 3 teller to 1. Was 12 people before me, and about 8 people behind me. 1 teller.
I was asked for my ID and my bank card before the drive up teller would give me a withdrawal form. This has never happened to me before.. I believe retraining on her customer service would be helpful.
I've always had trouble making changes or getting information even though my father has gone in there put me on his account and has specifically talk to the manager and told her he can do anything that I can do. Still it's a hassle.
