Old Navy was great and it was an easy shopping experience even with the safety precautions.
Been there many many times as a local. I typically only go in to see what they have and then buy online because the customer service experience at this store is super poor. It always has been. Never once when I have been there have I ever been acknowledged of my existence. I have to think how much revenue they must lose a year just based upon bad customer service alone. They get two stars because they at least have a good selection, but if you are looking for help or service do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere until Famous Footwear can get it right that customers do expect service and hospitality.
Up to date styles and good variety. Buy one get one half off usually.
I didn't go there recently they are still close
The staff although they greeted me were not really around the store to help customers. The prices also were not very good
