Terrible customer service. Lauren and Leoona, both had no clue what they were doing nor professionalism. Lauren rang me up, when I told her they didn't ring up the same price on the tag, she acted annoyed and didn't believe me till I physically showed her. Then looked at her coworker and pretended to shoot herself in the head sarcastically. With 3 other customers in line.. I may have acted like a Karen but sorry Famous Footwear, not my fault you don't have the price tags correct. And employees shouldn't treat customers like they are an inconvenience. Made sure I got my $10 back purely because of how the 2 girls acted.
Very clean they have everything set up for covid protection you must wear a face mask when entering the building and right now they have good sales going on
Always have what you're looking for, and the Staff is very Helpful if Needed!!! My go 2 place for any style of Footwear!
Whether I shop online or go to the store I'm always pleased with my experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and I love their selection of footwear! It also pays to be a rewards member - gotta love earning money towards your next pair of shoes! If you want a certain pair of something and they don't have your size, including all the wide widths they offer, they are happy to ship them directly to you at no extra cost. Great selection, great prices...a great place for anything your family's feet need!
