Very friendly and helpful. I read a review that Chuck is hard to get ahold of, while that is SOMEWHAT true, it hardly warrants a poor review. Chucks a busy guy and very professional.
Extremely friendly. Prices are competitive, and not really surprising but he has better pricing than Cabelas. Have also ordered online and had gun shipped here. Super easy transactions all around.

You can't support the local businesses if you can't contact them. I'll go elsewhere. I don't ever do business with businesses that don't respond to contact efforts. This one apparently doesn't. So, it's up to Kittitas for me
