I walked into the store and left half an hour later with my new phone. This was by far the fastest and most pleasant phone buying experience I've ever had. Even with tons of customers in the store, Mika was able to help me get my new phone working very quickly. If you need to go to a Verizon store, go to the one in Selah!

My experience at the Selah Verizon store was great even under so much pressure or with many customers and the only employee there he was able to help me get a new phone and start a new account it was a great experience I will be coming back
