We showed up well before closing after calling to make a return. The two associates there purposely “shut down their computers” early. It would’ve been fine if they had just said “sorry we closed early”, but instead kept asking me “is it a return or exchange?” As if he was going to help me. He watched me tear open my package that I was originally going to ship to return before finally telling me he couldn’t help me. Terrible customer service. If I come back tomorrow, this entire process took me over 1 hour for a return.
Dyllon was very helpful with me exchanging a pair of Nike air max boots I had bought for Christmas explained my to him over the phone and he told me to come on in. Stopped in and took care of replacing my boots with in 5 mins! Thank you again for excellent customer service!
I brought my son to this store and the customer service was horrible.nWhen I asked for help from one of the store associate who had long locks he walked away to not wait on us and went to the back of the store.nA nice female who was busy was on the phone over heard what happen and tried to help but the sneakers my son wanted was sold out.nSadly to say we had to go elsewhere like across to Foot Action.
