I called Vaux shoe store yesterday inquiring about special shoes. The young man there helped us with our request. He knows everything about the shoes so he was very helpful. The staff was friendly and the merchandise is current. Nice selection of sales items. If you want quality shoes and great service, I have to recommend this store. They have top running shoes and birkenstock.

I got into the store and there was only one other person. Didn’t even get greeted. After asking for help the lady spent couple minutes helping us and as soon as another lady walked in she immediately left to help her and never came back.
Very knowledgeable and helpful with finding new running shoes. Great customer service.
Went in a couple months ago and got 2 pairs of shoes, wonderful selection and great service! Woke up this morning thinking I need a new pair of shoes, so, needless to say this was the first place that popped into my mind!! Will be going there today!!
