I got great treatment here. After I injured my leg, Cari stayed late to stitch me up. It was a difficult wound to deal with and she took good care of me. Support staff were very helpful.

Will never go there again and DO NOT recommend. Went in with my mom after she had an injury at work, the doctor who helped us seemed to be in a rush even though my mom was the only patient in the building. The doctor was getting very impatient with us as my mom was trying to explain where her pain was. The office staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing either and even forgot to fill out some paperwork.

The provider was great. The office staff appeared to be inexperienced. I had a scheduled appointment and waited a half an hour prior to my pre-employment evaluations. The person who drew my blood did not understand how the vials filled. Then I was told there was a “mix up” at the lab and I had to come and get my labs redrawn. This caused me to loose a full week of work. I then called to obtain my health record and was told the appropriate channel would be to go through my employer. I then did my own checking and called back. There is no portal to access your records and the person in charge of records said she had to check to see if she could give me my records. She was not familiar with health record laws for Washington State. The experience was very frustrating.

The doctor, Brian which I don't know his last name is very slow and not ready for appointments. I went in having bad migraines and hadn't showered because of pain moving around due to an accident. He left me in a room with a bright light on twice which made my migraine worse to the point I was in tears. The door between the lobby and the patient rooms kept slamming very loudly many times which did not help my migraine. At the end of my appointment he accused me of being drunk when I was sober and in serious pain. After the appointment he asked for a blood test to check levels having to do with my kidney or liver. I asked the guy taking the blood if he could check to see if I had alcohol in my system after being accused. He said not without the doctors request. My next appointment I was talking In the lobby with another patient and his wife that didn't have anything good to say about him either. I went in for my second appointment and was asking questions why he thought I was drunk. He said he smelt it on my my and on my breathe. There is no way he did. I kept asking questions calmly and finally told him I didn't want him as a doctor and requested not to talk to him anymore. They sent me to another clinic. I received a letter in the mail Saturday saying I was disruptive and I was the problem and that I would never be able to go to the clinic again. I was the one who left having the worst experience ever. I am still dealing with migraines and a chiropractor is doing a better job than that doctor would have ever done. I have every intention of putting this place out of business if I can. I am afraid this man and possibly the other doctors may misdiagnose a patient who could be seriously hurt or worse could be the cause of someone's death. Please for safety do not go to this place. They are unprofessional and not someone I would allow to see people I care about. I would give this place a no star rating if I could. Big warning for this clinic

This place is awesome i have gone to a few occupational clinics and this one blows everyone out of the water! Great friendly staff great medics and very caring and friendly i recommend this place 100 percent you will not regret it. Keep up the great work worker care staff!
