Don’t get U.S bank they charge you $30 every other day if you have pending transactions ud83dude21 they are the worst bank, banner is the best I know cause my boyfriend uses this bank I repeat don’t go through u.s bank and oh there money orders are $5 a piece even if your a customer

I was attended by a young woman called idalia ibarra she was absolutely professional witch is what I look for Everytime! It's my pet peave when I enter a place I expect absoulte professionalism and this Gal did a great job, she helped me open up a bank account I had a amazing warm expirence she is bilingual and very smart! I like this U.S Bank Branch !

Worst Experience EVER!!! Should of stayed with Hapo. So I cash my work Check @ this Branch $200 gets deposited into my account, while the rest stays on Hold for basically a week. So I won't get that money until next Friday. I Call Customer Service, they said that the place we're you created the account can help you on releasing the funds and sure enough Nope this location was of no help I asked for the manager and One of the workers there I believe her name is Liz, would not pass the phone too the Manager. Total B.S
