I just don't understand this thought process! How can a bank as big a B of A think having one teller open, on a Saturday at almost 12 noon..is a good idea? This is a bunch of ridiculousness!!
This place is ridiculous. I have had nothing but issues with them and would give them 0 stars if I could. I was told multiple times by frontline staff that I had paid off my credit card, and that the account was closed only to find out 3 months later that it was never closed and the payoff amount THEY gave was incorrect. Now I have a delinquency fine for 3 months and my credit for dinged for their incompetency.nnDo NOT go here if you need a loyal banking experience.
What is going on with the banks in Yakima? Union Gap is horrible, now this bank. This place had one person working, huge line, and took for forever to deposit for a business account. I closed my account with this bank and I am asking the business I work for to close their account as well. This is ridiculous!
DO NOT BANK here. Only know how to say no or try to sell you more services.
The slowest bank!! Tellers are very rude!
