I had a very old Kinetico system that needed maintenance. In September 2020 I managed to accidentally destroy the main unit, putting me in the market for a replacement system. I went to Rainwater in Grandview and spoke with the owner. He was extremely helpful in reviewing the options and selecting the capacity I needed. His pricing and installation timeline were very attractive. I elected to purchase from him.nnThe installation team arrived just 3 days later. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to spend a few hours with. They removed the old unit and hauled away all the debris. The new unit was installed in a way that made it easier to maintain than the old unit. Once installed they went through a comprehensive test cycle to ensure that the system would function properly. They also trained me on its operation.nnThe new unit is somewhat smaller than the old one, and has greater capacity (will soften more water). The filter unit is much easier to perform filter changes than the old one. The system performs its recharge cycle must faster than the old one and is much quieter.nnI had a very positive experience doing business with the entire team from Rainwater (including office staff). I enthusiastically recommend Rainwater for your water softening needs. I expect to remain a lifelong customer!

We moved into our home in Grandview and the K2 water filtration system stopped working (under the kitchen sink). Also, I went to replace the filters for the water softener, but it took a special kind of cartridge filter. I couldn't find them at the store so I knew I needed to call Rainwater Inc (Kinetico provider). I called and no one answered so I left a message. When I received a call back, Carolina was very kind, informative, and found past records for our home. She told me that Brock, their service tech, would be in touch within a couple days. Brock called me back that afternoon, showed up to perform the service, and was like an old friend by the time we were finished! He even pointed out a leak in our plumbing, provided a complimentary bag of pellet salt (don't buy the coarse/big chunk bags they are dirty), and gave us an education during the whole service. Our K2 is producing amazing water, I have peace of mind, and my kids were waving and smiling as he left. I would highly recommend this company!

Fast, friendly and reliable water delivery and customer service, at a reasonable price. My work has been closed because of COVID and now I miss having the awesome Rainwater all the time!
