The staff here made are visit amazing. Very attentive and nice, they went the extra mile to make sure my wife had the right size and everything she wanted to try on was in her fitting room.
I’ve been searching for a particular dress that I loved online for a few weeks now. I finally decided to call the store and see if they can help me locate it. Madison at the KoP location was soooo helpful! Kind, curteous and super professional! Found the dress, helped me with placing the order and I should be receiving the dress in the next week or so. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you Madison for all of your help :-)
Great placecto shop
Customer service is very poor, unless you want to be stereotyped when entering the store, shop online. This store is poorly run.
Is it a shame to have larger sizes??
