The staff was great, but there were no deals to be found. I understand that prices are going to be crazy due to coronavirus, but the higher prices encouraged me to shop around.

I don't even write reviews but I have to leave this store 1 star. I bought a pair of Air Forces as a gift for someone from this store. However, it was the wrong size and I decided to get a different shoe style from somewhere else and had to return it. When I returned the shoe the cashier told me that it would be refunded to my card. I left and waited about 7 days and didn't see a refund appear. Also on the receipt it did not indicate if the refund went back to my card. It simply just said 0.00 and listed that I returned the shoe. I called customer service twice on different days and still got no response (lines busy). I had to call my bank and start a dispute, something I never normally do. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE ACTUAL STORE UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT YOU'LL NEVER END UP HAVING TO RETURN IT. Buy online or from somewhere else. The service is awful overall but especially in the store. The store always appears understaffed even on their slowest days. This store also never has enough sizes or shoes even in stock. Just browse and window shop. Do not buy, unless you want to spend time going through the bs I'm dealing with now.
