Stopped in today to get some new running shoes and was blown away. My fit expert, Amanda, was excellent. Despite being busy and helping out multiple customers, I still felt I had her full attention. She was very knowledgeable about the products, made great recommendations and even got me to sign up for the rewards program, which I rarely do. I expected to get a running shoe but I ended up leaving with a full inspection of my feet, custom insoles, the most comfortable shoe I ever had. All in all a great experience and will continue to make my sneaker purchasing here from now on. Great company, great staff. Amanda absolutely crushed it, give that girl a raise!

I was having trouble figuring out the best shoe to buy for my flat feet and painful shins. A friend told me to check out roadrunner Sports in King of Prussia and it was a great experience. Ron (713) took me and my 11 year on the treadmill and analyzed how we walk, what our arches and foot width mean and it was really eye opening. He explained what type of shoes would be best for us and why and we even were able to get custom made insoles because I have really low arches and my son has really high ones. What a cool store! I will be buying all my families shoes there from now on.

This was such a great experience! They figure out what the best shoe is for you based on your specific needs and then find the perfect fit for you! The VIP plan guarantees that you are happy with your selection, if not, you can come back exchange it within 3 months for something else. Crazy, but true! I'm telling all of my friends about this place!

Once again, we had outstanding service at Roadrunner. Amanda was an outstanding fit expert. She made sure we chose the right shoes for our feet. We also got the insoles that are made specifically for our feet. Don't hesitate to go here. BTW they give a Veteran discount. Kudos to Amanda

My father had become inspired to change his lifestyle after retirement. I took him to road runner sports in king of prussia to get an evaluation when he said he was getting blisters from his walks. Pat was the sales associate that helped us and he was so great!! He was so nice and friendly and spent a lot of time with my father, who loves his new walking shoes. Pat should get a raise for his outstanding customer service and extensive knowledge!
