The employees are very nice and helpful here. I had a questionable experience a few months ago regarding a store/corporate policy regarding the reward points I should have earned and how the transaction showed me a certain employees name redeeming the points from my account. However, I am changing my review from bad to good because customer service eventually did enough to make up for the problem and the employees I usually encounter here are very great.
