Pet Valu of Phoenixville is great. They have the brands and products that I want and the service is outstanding. Rodrigo is the best. Always helpful and polite and very kind and sweet. I enjoy shopping here for my sweet babies, Pet Valu is my place to shop for my pets. I recommend everyone in the P’Ville area to shop this great place in our local area.

The employees are always so helpful at this store! They always help me find what I need and if the store doesn’t have it, they call another local store to see if they carry it before I have to drive over there. Glad to live near them!

Great selection of all types of pet supplies. We picked up a puzzle bowl for our fast eating Dog.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Rodrigo the cashier was so helpful on advising me of which toys to get for my pets, plus my dog at work. I have a mild mannered shih tzu at home and a high energy austrailian shepherd pup at work. Rodrigo took the time to listen to me talk about them and helped me decided on the best chew toys to get!! Also, HUGE plus to have witnessed Rodrigo wipe down the door handles after each customer entered/exited the store. He was also very friendly to everyone who walked in, and greeted them personally. I will definitely be back!
