We drove over an hour. This location was the nearest one to us open. The Ladies were extremely helpful and nice. The store was well organized.We found something for everyone. Never felt rushed, we left feeling like we were leaving friend's having a good laugh.

Love this place always a great experience everyone is so nice and helpful. Always come there for shoes.

Horrible experience! No response from customer service so I’m posting here. I tried to exchange a pair of shoes bought online for the exact pair in a smaller size. The assistant manager could not do the transaction because the “computer” needs me to pay $8.50 because I used a coupon!!! I kept explaining that I wasn't returning, just exchanging but she could not understand. I finally took my receipt back and told her to exchange without a receipt-and amazingly it worked and I didn’t owe money. Who trains these employees-besides having no clue what to do she doesn’t even understand what an exchange is. It is even written in their store policy, free exchanges. I will never shop there again, and it used to be my go to shoe store..
