DO NOT GO HERE. They didn’t inform me that they didn’t accept my insurance so now I’m stuck with a $350 bill for a strep throat and a COVID test. I did not ask for the strep test, but still have to pay for it.

Poor review due to pricing, not services. STAY AWAY from establishments like these if you’re low on funds.nThe customer service representative did an admirable job when I called in. I didn’t get her name but feel I owe her an apology for my foul mood calling about my bill.nDue to COVID I’ve been unemployed for several months but have been lucky enough to still have some medical insurance. What I’m saying is, I’m completely broke now, and I was when I went in for treatment. Especially due to COVID I try not to waste hospital time, because a lot of their staff is working hard to fight the pandemic.nI sliced open the webbing between my pinky and ring fingers and went to Pullman Readycare because it was in-network with my insurance. I waited a pretty average amount of time to be seen, then they applied superglue to keep the wound from opening back up. The doctor told me I would have been able to manage the wound at home without seeking medical assistance, but didn’t inform me of how much the visit would cost or give me the option to decline further services and prevent further expenses.nThey charged me $300 for the visit, of which my insurance only covered $50. I spent more time waiting to be seen than I did with a medical professional. I also am effectively without ANY money until my first paycheck at a new job. No clue how they calculated the price here, but it seems too steep for a readycare establishment.

I went to this location a month ago because I am a student at the University of Idaho and Pullman ReadyCare was listed as one of the few in network places around the immediate area. There is a reason why the overall rating is so low, and in hindsight I would’ve rather driven 1.5 hours to go elsewhere in the Coeur d’Alene/Spokane region. My walk in was for an urgent but easily treatable condition. I felt rushed and pressured into having samples taken for extra labs that were completely irrelevant concerning the main issue and my personal history. A month ago in person I interacted with below par staff, and a month later I have experienced the worst customer service ever over the phone while discussing billing. Please read the reviews and take them to heart before considering treatment at Pullman ReadyCare!

Completely rude people at the front desk. They act like they don’t want you to be there and told me to call my PCP instead. I told them I couldn’t get in to see him for a few days and then she said well go to to the ER. Tried to call today and was told they don’t even know if they could see me after 2:30pm because they may close down early. Awful customer service there. Terrible. I’ll take my medical care to Moscow.

Be careful! Not surprised with female PA—just wanted me to be moved out fast as if my concerns where not worth the visit.nPullman billing said the testing was ‘In house’ lab work—but sent it off to ID/Gritman...even though it was a urine dip—my insurance wouldnt cover out-of-state billing so I was stuck with paying a 60 dollar lab fee (thru Gritman) that wasnt my fault for going to a WA ready care facility.nNever did I say send to out of state lab.nBad business ‘transparency’.nMy insurance is only for WA, why did they send the lab test to Gritman??! 60 dollars could have been 2 tanks of gas for me to be able to use.nGritman is just as flaky! granted Gail tried to help get to the bottom of the ordeal—but in the end of investigation, no matter how many times I mentioned hardship for paying the fee she just wanted me to speak to the billing office.nGritman didnt send anything for financial aid because it wasnt above 250 dollar bill, not till it was sent to extension billing office.nThe patient portal is also archaic, they have my previous last name on my account & I have to change my password every-time I log in. Very poor quality! the Palouse cant upgrade is a shame indeed.
