I love the service. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. And they have a very sweet black cat that roams the store. Good prices too.

Concord pets sells expired pet food. This isn’t the only concord foods I’ve had this problem at. Every single one I’ve visited uses these terrible practices so I suggest anyone who shops here to be careful. If you love your pet, you won’t shop at these stores. The amount of times I’ve found expired dog food or treats in their various stores is disgusting. I’ve even alerted staff and literally, the next day they had put it back on the shelf. It’s company wide too, I know previous employees of this company that can attest to it. They sell expired products (and they are wayyyy overpriced too), don’t shop here!!

Love this Concord Pet. I can find anything I need for my dogs or the wild birds I feed. People are friendly and helpful. Seeing Pepper roaming the store is a bonus...
