FYI: The correct address for WaFd Bank Pullman, WAn405 E Main St, not the 236 E Main St that was a temporary address.nThere is customer parking for the bank under the evolve building on Pine Street in the garage parking on the right hand side of the street which most people don’t know about.nThis location doesn’t have a drive up window, however, it has ATM on Main Street to the left of the front doors to the bank.
Great place to bank, manager and staff are extremely knowledgeable , friendly and helpful.nIt’s really nice to work with people who are long term employees and it is always a good thing I think in a bank when staff turn over is low .nnWashington Federal has always been a good to deal with and straight forward.nnThe location is easy to access as it is on main st in downtown Pullman with plenty of parking, on a bus route and near the bike trail

The bank manager is inconsiderate and uncompassionate. Since I live so close, I considered banking here, but definitely not after the way he treated me.
