Carolyn's Clean Critters

Carolyn's Clean Critters have been taking care of our little cockapoo since they opened at their current location. They have always, without exception, been compassionate & extremely careful. I have referred my neighbors to her and they also have been very happy. I noticed all her reviews are five star except one.nnWe had a show Yorkie years ago that used to get so nervous and fidgety he also bite/nip the side of his tounge and he had really sharp little teeth!nnWe just can't express how happy we have been at Carolyn's as have our friends !nnKeep up your good work as it's always a pleasure to come into your facility.

My dog was kept in a crate for several hours due to poor management and over booking. Once my dog was being groomed his tounge was cut and was bleeding everywhere, when we received the phone call the woman asked us to come in and get him because she was unable to finish due to his anxiety from being in the crate so long. We had to take our dog to an animal hospital to have an emergency visit for the chunks of his tounge that is missing. Our car clothes and the vets office was covered in blood. I will never bring my dog back here and I advise all others not to bring their pets here. Horrible.

Thanks for the great job Gloriana did on Barkley on July 2. We were so pleased.

Got a groupon and it expired but they wouldn't even take the value I paid for.nnI went to the location. Spoke with a young Caucasian woman at the counter who then spoke to an older woman in the back with a darker complexion. The older woman said they would not accept it.nnI contacted groupon and they gave me my money back in groupon bucks.
